A Five-Minute Reset: Breath, Stillness, and Mediation

Jordan's journey with energy work began long before any formal training, rooted in an intuition she has carried since childhood. For over ten years, she has helped clients move through emotional and physical challenges with compassion and presence.
Her sessions are never one-size-fits-all. She intuitively tunes in to each person's unique energy, sensing blockages and working with guidance from Spirit. Each session is a safe, sacred space to release, realign, and reconnect with your truest self.
Jordan believes healing isn't about "fixing." It's about AWAKENING ✨. Every person already holds the wisdom and resilience they need within, and her work simply brings that power to the surface.
You don’t need a perfect meditation routine to take a moment for yourself. If your day feels busy or overwhelming, try this simple five-minute practice.
1. Settle in
Find a position that feels comfortable. You can sit in a chair, lie down, or settle in wherever you are. The most important thing is that you feel at ease.If you like, place one hand over your heart chakra and the other on your upper belly, over your solar plexus chakra. You can also let your hands rest wherever they feel natural.Close your eyes if that feels comfortable, or soften your gaze.

2. Breathe
Take a slow breath in, then gently breathe out.Continue breathing slowly and comfortably. There is no need to force your breath or change it in any particular way. Simply allow each breath to come and go. Imagine brining white or golden light through the crown chakra at the top of your head and bathing your body in this healing light. You can also use a mantra or simply remind your body “I am here, and I am supported.”

3. Rest
For the next couple of minutes, continue taking slow, comfortable breaths.
There is no intention to hold on to, no pressure to feel a certain way, and nothing to accomplish. Simply rest, breathe, and allow yourself to be present. If your mind wanders, gently return your attention to the feeling of your breath or the imagined light moving through your body.

4. Return
When you’re ready, notice how you feel. Slowly bring your awareness back to the room around you. Wiggle your fingers and toes, stretch if you like, and open your eyes when it feels comfortable.
You can return to this simple practice whenever you want a little space to reconnect with yourself.
✨ Optional Journaling
✨ Optional Journaling
If you would like to reflect, take a moment to write down anything you noticed during the practice such as a feeling, thought, image, or shift in your body. Journaling is a great way to release stored energy around thoughts and feelings.
